Payment options
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
PayPal.
Credit & debit cards (either online or by calling 01924 276675).
We no longer accept cheques or postal orders.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time, up and until it has been despatched.
Returns & exchanges
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of order if you want to return or exchange a product. Unless it is a warranty issue we will only accept returns in an unused ‘as new’ condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a signed or tracked service, only orders received back safely will be refunded. In the unlikely event that we send a wrong item we would of course arrange to cover any carriage costs involved.
Warranty
We offer where applicable a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on products, and is specific to the part purchased. We do not cover any consequential loss. Any products damaged as a result of off roading are not covered.
